this wk was exciting and yet, at the same time, damn sianz....
why?
let me explain...
SCHOOL HAS STARTED!!!!
isnt it always the case, at the start of every new term, the sense of excitement and anticipation is always mixed with the realisation of all the work that awaits the term ahead???
its a "WHOOHOO!!" and a "bah...." feeling all mixed up 2gether.
enhancing the "WHOOHOO!!!" is that the modules im taking this term (with the exception of 1 class) are all actually very interesting... :D
however (adding to the "bah....")...
the profs here all assign 'bz' work...
ie work that is designed solely to keep you bz...
haiz.....
i kenna more homework here in 1 wk then i ever kenna in my time in SMU!!!
(okie i exaggerate....but not by alot...)
think i'll be a good student at least for the 1st wk and do all my work... ;)

anyway, realised that in this wk, ive tried almost all the restaurants near tec....(basically italian, mexican and chinese....still got jap food but think i'll leave it for another time.. :P)
but i think home-cooked food still the best...haha

oh yah...this wk i tried mommy's fried fish stuffed with sambal...
here is the outcome...
tastes better then it looks lah..

(not my fault that the stupid fish was bigger then my frying pan...so had trouble cooking it properly.... :P)
this wk i also went to watch one of the local football teams play...was a 90 min bus ride to the stadium!! (sit till backside pain ah...)
best part was that the game suppose to start at 845pm...
we reached at 845pm...to try and buy tickets!!!
by the time we actually got our tixs and got in, the home team was down 1-0...
but we managed to see another 2 goals b4 the end of the game...
so that was good...
(FYI: final score was 2-1 home win...and sg soccer cant compare with this man....goal 2010?? forget it....maybe got chance in 2112...)
lastly the highlight of the wk....
Debz finally arrives!!!!
after waiting for 2wks debz finally gets here...
=)
(unfortunately one of here bags is missing.... :(
luckily God is sovereign... :D )
